Register for a Kit
  • A national learning experience where students and educators design FutureReady Quests—short, practical activities that help students build confidence, skills, and real-world awareness.

    Some teams use AI. Some don’t.
    The focus is learning how to move forward with intention.

  • Teams must participate through an organized learning setting, including:

    • High school classrooms or CTE programs

    • Afterschool or out-of-school-time programs

    • Recognized student groups (e.g., FBLA)

    Each team includes at least two (2) students + one (1) educator or program leader

  • Not at this time.
    The Challenge is designed for teams supported by schools, programs, or student organizations.

  • A short, guided learning experience designed by students that helps peers:

    • Reflect on their future

    • Practice real-world skills

    • Explore careers or pathways


    It’s meant to be useful.
    Not a test. Not a worksheet.

  • About 2–3 total hours per team.

    Time can be spread across class periods, advisory, clubs, or afterschool sessions.

  • Nope.

    AI is optional and used as a tool—not the focus.
    No technical expertise is expected.

    • A 1-page Quest outline

    • A 3-minute video or slideshow

    • A brief mentor reflection

  • All teams gain meaningful, future-focused learning.

    All teams with a completed submission are entered into a drawing to receive selections from our growing FutureReady Challenge Prize Vault.

    4 National Semi-Finalist Teams

    • Curated team meeting with an industry executive through the FutureReady Exchange Network

    • 1:1 coaching session with a Hope Street team member

    National Winning Team

    • Quest built into FutureMe

    • $5,000 cash prize, plus national exposure and bragging rights

    Remaining Finalist Teams

    • $1,000 cash prize
